Phone Clock-in: Customize How Employees Choose Jobs

Employees have two options for choosing a job when they clock in by making a phone call.

1. Choose by Job Name
2. Choose by Job Code

The default for the system is to use Job Name. This is what most customers use. However, if your employees are comfortable with entering Job Codes already, you can enable the use of Job Codes.
