Telephone Timesheets can be used without ever entering any employee information. Employees can self-enroll the first time they call in. The system will determine their name, mobile number, and spoken language. English, Spanish, French, Chinese, and Russian are supported. Additional languages added on request. As a best practice, we recommend that you take the time to pre-enter your employees to make the first-call experience quicker and easier for them.

Highlights of The Employees Page

1. Employees are organized into 3 different categories; Active, Inactive, All. You can filter employees using these 3 tabs

2. Here you can add an employee , adjust settings , and find additional information about the employee page .

3. Here you can edit employees, delete Delete Button employees, change the employee web portal preferences , view an employees current clock in status , and audit history

4. Here, you can add a new employee. This has the same function as the blue plus sign in the upper right corner. You can also download employee records by clicking

5. Here you can expand an employee’s information by clicking the icon.
