Telephone Timesheets can be used without ever entering any employee information. Employees can self-enroll the first time they call in. The system will determine their name, mobile number, and spoken language. English, Spanish, French, Chinese, and Russian are supported. Additional languages added on request.

As a best practice, we recommend that you take the time to pre-enter your employees to make the first-call experience quicker and easier for them. The following sections will take you through everything you need to know about the Employee section of the admin portal.
