The Suspect Time Entries report type is meant to highlight only those time entries that are likely to need a closer look. Specifically, this report will show any time entries that are very short in duration, very long in duration, or missing a check-out. As a best practice, it is a good idea to take action on suspect time entries on a daily basis. It is much easier to fix any issues right away, when details are still fresh, than to let them build up and try to correct a large batch of time entries at one time. For this reason, we recommend that you create a recurring daily Suspect Time Entries report, and have it sent to each supervisor. However, these reports can be run over any custom date range, or according to a recurring frequency. The recurring frequency can be weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or twice per month (1st – 15th, and 16th – end of month).

These reports can also be filtered by supervisor. For details on report filter options, see the Report Filters section of the user manual.
