For seamless billing of clients based on time entries, associate each of job in Telephone Timesheets with a QuickBooks Online customer and set a Base Client Bill Rate.

Create different jobs with various bill rates all associated to the same QuickBooks Online customer to bill at different rates for different activities. Also set the “Service Item” desired for your invoice line items the customer will see.

To associate QuickBooks Customer and Service Item data with a Job, use the Edit Job form as shown below.
This form can be found in the Jobs section of the Telephone Timesheets admin portal.
