You are able to customize the Admin Portal using the portal preferences settings. Any changes you make to the Admin Portal will be visible to all supervisors. To disable this feature for individual supervisors, go to the icon in the Actions column of the Supervisors list.

Highlights of This Form

Use 12-hour time format
When enabled, the system will format times for a 12 hour clock. If this option isn’t selected times will be shown in 24 hour format.

Use grouped notification banner
When enabled, all your Telephone Timesheets notifications will be displayed on a single banner rather than displayed individuals on their own notification banners.

Highlight missing external IDs
When enabled, records that do not have external record IDs assigned will be flagged with a note indicate the ID is missing.

Enable Browser Click-to-Call
When enabled, you are able to call through your web browser when using click-to-call. Normally, Telephone Timesheets click-to-call system will then place two calls. One to the person you are calling, and the other to your mobile phone or desk phone. Then, we will bridge these two calls together. By enabling browser click-to-call, instead of placing a call to your mobile/desk phone, you will be able to call directly from the device initiating the click-to-call. This means you could call via your computer or any other device.

Auto-expand advanced options
When enabled, the Advanced Options section of various forms will be expanded automatically.

Display Name as Last, First
When enabled, the employee display name will be automatically formatted to use Last, First when editing their name.

Enable Auto Check In/Out Option
When enabled, an option will be exposed in the Add/Edit Employee form to enabling automatic check in/out for employees. This means that your employee will never need to clock in or out. This feature is disabled by default.

Show Job / Schedule Qualifier
When enabled, jobs in the Time Entries page will be labeled as scheduled, unscheduled, or no show.

Show dates on check in/out times
When enabled, the month and day (mm/dd) will be shown next to the check in and out times of the Actual Shift column in the Time Entries table.

Enable report run delay
When enabled, the Add/Edit Report form has a field to specifying a report run delay. A report delay provides a window of time for data verification before reports are run. This way you can ensure the reports you run are actuate.
