The image on the right shows the error that appears within the Kramer Control application when the Provisioning process fails due to a Hardware Mismatch. There are a couple different causes for such a problem. The possible causes and fixes are listed below.

Wrong Hardware identified in Builder

Within the Builder, you need to create a Brain gateway for the installed unit. If you improperly selected a SL-240 instead of a SL-240C then you will receive the above message.

Within the Builder, you will need to Replace the Brain with the correct model. Devices that were assigned to the previous Brain gateway will not be replaced and will require a new drag/drop to replace the assignment.

Out of Date Application

If you previously installed the Kramer Control application and did not upgrade the application, you may run into the above issue. If you purchased a KT-107, out of the box those units have Kramer Control v1.2.1 installed. This firmware will prompt the above message.

Download the latest application from the available Store (Google Play or iTunes Store). If you have a KT-107 with an out of date follow the steps listed in this article to download the latest available update
