K-Agent Pin Code Setup

Overview

With version 1.0.62 of the K-Agent application, we have enabled a pin code that will prevent users from leaving the application when in use. The default pin code is 9428 but this can be changed on initial setup of the application. Follow the steps below to set the pin code within the K-Agent application.

Initial Setup

Tap the pin code button in the lower right corner

Enter default pin code of 9428

Click on the reset pin button

Setting new pin

1. Enable the pin in the top right
2. Enter the existing pin
   • Default pin is 9428
3. Enter new pin
4. Save
