Overview

If you are seeing a popup message within the Builder indicating a Failure to Save or Publish try from the steps below to fix the Save or Publish issues you are experiencing

Page Refresh

Try a hard refresh of the page using Shift + Command/Control + R

  • After refresh attempt to Save of Publish your Space

Incognito Browser

Try opening the Space inside an Incognito browser

  • If you can successfully Save or Publish while using an Incognito browser try clearing the browser cache of your standard browser

Events and Macros Re-order

If using version 2.4 of Kramer Control there may be an issue with persistent ordering of Macros and Events. If you are having issues saving or publishing try the steps below to correct the issue

  1. Attempt to Save, prompting the popup message
  2. Refresh the Builder page
  3. Select the Macros tab and scroll to the bottom of the tab
  4. Select the Events tab and scroll to the bottom of the tab
  5. Select the Macros tab and re-order one Macro from the TOP of the list of Macros
  6. Select the Events tab and re-order one Event from the TOP of the list of Events
  7. Attempt to Save or Publish again
