SSL Fix Process

Overview

In 2025, there was an update provided by our Cloud Server which changed the SSL certificate that was needed for all Brains to communicate with the server for online use with Kramer Control. The videos below explain the steps needed to fix the Brain based on hardware type. If you have an original KC-Brainware5, KC-Brainware25, or KC-Brainware50 we recommend re-imaging the Brain to use to new Brain Manager.
