Overview

The Dashboard Livestream is a good tool for programmers. The Livestream shows communication that is traveling to and from the Brain in live to the second time. What happens if the Brain stops responding? What is you want to see the exact details being sent to and from the Brain? We recommend a Google Chrome extension called Dark Web Socket Terminal. This Chrome extension can open a direct line of communication with the Brain and show all the data being transmitted to and from the Brain in live time.

Dark Web Socket

To download the Chrome extension, click here

After downloading the Extension, you can find Dark web by opening a new tab and going to chrome://extensions/

The image above shows the screen that appears once Dark Web Socket Terminal is initially opened.

Running debug

To run debug with Dark Web Socket, you will need to type this in the bar near the bottom of the window

  • /connect ws://:8000/debug (replace BrainIP with the IP address of your Brain)

Note – This tool shows all traffic to and from the Brain. There is no way of slowing down the pace at which data flows to the Brain. If you have chatty devices this debug terminal will move quickly. In order to disconnect and view the data by scrolling, type /disconnect in the window near the bottom of the screen.
