In order to properly help troubleshoot problems you are having with Kramer Control, our technicians will ask to provide us with the Project and/or Space ID of the setup. This brief thread will provide the steps necessary to identify these ID’s
- Open the Manager
- Click on the Space we will be troubleshooting
- Copy and Paste the URL that appears in your browser
