In order to properly help troubleshoot problems you are having with Kramer Control, our technicians will ask to provide us with the Project and/or Space ID of the setup. This brief thread will provide the steps necessary to identify these ID’s


  1. Open the Manager
  2. Click on the Space we will be troubleshooting
  3. Copy and Paste the URL that appears in your browser
