Calculations are based on Billable Classes the student is taking. You can set non-billable rates later.
Classes can be calculated on different Grouping
| By Student | All classes the student takes will have the rate set together. |
|---|---|
| By Family | All Classes the Family Takes has the rate set together. |
| By Student Class | Each Class the student Takes is calculated individually. |
The class amount will control the autodates
Enter 1 if you want the date range to automatically be 1 week with the start date as the beginning.
Enter 4 if you want to use the date range of the month entered in the start date range.
If the amount is left empty the tuition will use the exact dates entered.
Adjustments
You can adjust the tuitions based on:
Class Number – If there is a discount to be applied the more classes someone takes after the initial calculation.
It can be based on the number of classes a student takes (Group by Student) or a family takes (By Family)
Typically applied when step 1 was grouped by Student Class.
By Student – Class prices are ordered with most expensive as #1 then the discounts are applied accordingly.
For Example, Student A takes 3 classes that were set as $60, $75, $45 in step 1.
So class number discount applied as 1-$75 class, 2-$60 class, 3- $45 class.
It can also be a percentage or fixed rate discount. For Example, 1st class full price (0 fixed), 2nd class $10 fixed off, 3rd class 20% off.
By Family – Class prices are ordered with most expensive as #1 then the discounts are applied accordingly for the whole family.
Discounts
Family Discount – The system will order the system based on 1 being the highest priced, 2 next and so on.
Then the discount will be applied based on the family order. It can be a fixed discount or a percentage on each family order level

School Group Discount – The Group discount lets you discount students based on a group(s) they are a member of. The same rate and type (Fixed or Percentage) will be given to every member of the groups linked. If there is more than 1 group linked to that step and a student is in more than 1 group, the discount will only be applied once for that student.
100% Discount – If Student pays the year in advance you can give 100% Discount.
