Add Class URL – Virtual Classes

For your virtual classes, you can add in your virtual class link by class. The virtual links can be from any platform you may be using.
Parents can log into the portal and click on “Join Class” to join your virtual class.

Click on Classes at the top. Find your class and click Edit.
Copy the virtual class link from your platform and paste into the new field “Class_url”
Click Update to Save.

PARENT PORTAL VIEW:

When parents log into the parent portal, they can click on Student at the top and under their Classes tab, they will see a button to “Join Class”.
A new tab will open and bring them to your virtual class!
