The Recital section is designed to help you efficiently organize your shows.
Recital Settings – – Set up all your Recital Information, including Individual Dances and Costume Details.
Recital – Use this section to create your recital. Organize the order of dances, link the class performing each dance, add or remove students, and assign costumes at either the class or student level.
“Recital Summary” – Provides an all-in-one summary report for each number, showing the Dance Name, Length, Position, Costume, Class, Teacher, and list of Students.
The Dance Book – Additionally, the Dance Book is an optional feature that can serve as a backstage and lighting handbook for each performance. It provides one page per dance in show order, listing the Dance Name, costume photo (if applicable), number of students, student names, and any Recital Dance notes. Sample is available below.
Reports
Dance List Report – Select a recital, and this report will display each dance along with dance notes, number of dancers, class names, and the teacher assigned to each class.
Conflict Report – Choose a recital and the number of dances you’d like to review to check for conflicts for a specific student.
Dance Participation Report – Select the date range of your recital performances. This report shows each student, their family, and the performances in which they are participating, listing the dances in the current order. This report is useful for identifying family conflicts or providing a comprehensive list of each student’s dances across all performances.
Cast Report – Select your recital, and this report will generate the foundation of your program. It includes students linked to each dance in the order they are to perform, along with class names and teachers for added recognition.
“Student Missing Recital” – Shows a list of students who are not linked to any recital.
School Costume Report – This report provides details on each dance, class, and student, including their measurements and specific costume information. It can be grouped, filtered, sorted, and exported for ease of use.
