You can Reset a Password for a Teacher, a Parent or for your entire School.

Click on Admin at the top, to the left under Admin Setting choose Password Reset.
Choose whether you are resetting a Teacher account, a Parent Account or School.

If you select School you will Select a password that will be the new default for the entire school.

If you wish to reset a specific user’s password you will select either Teacher or Parent.

Search for that Teacher/Parent.

Select the Parent or Teacher.
Choose Reset Password.
Enter in a new password Example: Dance#20

You can then choose to send the user a message with their new temporary password or you can choose not to send a message.

Click Ready, Set, Go to update!

You also have the option to make accounts Active or Disable/Inactive them.
