KNET – Dashboard extension

Overview

This is an internal Kramer document. This is not to be shared with anyone outside a Kramer office. This process explains how to extend Dashboard licensing using KNET.

• Note – You will need the Project ID of the customers projects that you are adding or extending Dashboard access to. How to identify the Project ID

Extension Process

1. Login to KNET
2. Select the dashboards option

Scrolling over the dashboard option shows a Control Projects option, select this option to open a new URL

Inside this new URL you will enter the Project ID and select the Project Name or EDIT option

Once inside the Project, select the Extend option and select the date for the extension to end

Click Save and then make sure the Dashboard has an Active link
