Overview
Tablet – BRAINware is the use of the KT-107 or KT1010 device to act as your Brain for the controlled space. The Tablet – BRAINware installed within the KT-107 or KT1010 does not include I/O but can be used to control smaller hardware options and IP controlled devices.
Note – Make sure Google Chrome has been updated on you KT hardware. This can be done through sideloading or updating through Google Play.
Process
Before the KT can act as your Brain, you must select this Brain type within the builder.
- Launch into Builder from Manager
- Select Hardware tab from Left Pane
Open the Menu and Select the Option to Add Hardware
Within the Popup select Add Brain or Replace Brain if you are replacing a SL device with Tablet – BRAINware
In the second step of the Hardware Details choose the Kramer Tablet from the dropdown list
Publish the Setup
Provisioning Tablet – BRAINware
- Open Kramer Control
- Sign in to your account
- Select Project from Left Pane
- Select Space
Open Menu by selecting the option in the right side of the page and choose the option for Tablet – BRAINware
Within the next screen enter your Activation code
After successfully entering the Activation code a new screen appears
Choose the back arrow atop the page to return to the Provisioning screen and select the Option to Provision, a new Popup appears
Choose the Tablet – BRAINware option to bring up the verification popup
Once the Provisioning is complete choose the option for Control
Uninstalling the application
If the Kramer Control application is uninstalled from the KT-107, the Tablet – BRAINware will still show as registered upon a reinstall of the application. The Device ID built into the KT-107 will access our server to check for previous Activation.

When entering Express Mode to establish the connection with the Offline Brain you can use one of two IP addresses
- IP address of the KT device
In order to locate this address you can enter the Ethernet or WIFI settings of the KT to identify the currently used IP address - Local IP address
This address is generic for all KT devices 127.0.0.1
