If you would like to use dropbox (or similar file replication software) and have mutiple users access Tabular, all users will need to setup a drive letter mapping. This can be done the following way:
1) Create a batch (.bat) file in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup with the following content (adapt for your paths):
subst T: “C:\Users\\Dropbox\Tabular Installation”
2) Reboot your machine
3) Check in window explorer that you have ‘shortcut’ to this location via the drive letter you selected in your batch file.
You must ensure that all users of Tabular have the same drive mapping and that if you change this, you run the process for the movement of the Tabular installation (contact our support team if you have not done this before).
