Simplified Billing Guide

Overview

This enhancement reworks the billing guide set up so that the user can more easily control the amount and type of detail visible in the document.

Feature management

This functionality can be enabled (or disabled) using the Feature management workspace. The feature is called “(evergreen) Simplified Billing Guide”:

Workspace >> Feature management >> (evergreen) Simplified billing guide

PMA Parameters

In the billing guide, there are three sections, which can be turned on or off by using the following parameters:

• Hiding details
• Hide billing summary
• Hide previous bills and payment summary

Project Management accounting and module >> setup >> Project Management accounting and module parameter >> Invoice.
