Introduction:

Users holding a Team member license had previously restricted access to only viewing risk assessment details on the customer/client screen. These users now have the capability to actively respond to the AML and risk assessment questions as part of the customer/client onboarding process.

Risk Assessment:

The risk assessment information can now be accessed via a newly introduced screen. To access this screen, navigate to the customer/client and then select Customer/Client > Set up > Risk assessment.

This newly introduced form provides identical functionalities to the risk assessment section available on the client/customer screen.

Security Configuration:

To grant access to the risk assessment screen, please ensure that users have been assigned the following security privileges:

  • View only permission: Customer risk assessment view
  • Maintain permission: Customer risk assessment maintain

These privileges are utilized out-of-the-box by the “Inquire into customer master” and “Maintain customer master” duties, respectively.
