Upfront details on the number of records to be updated after reapplying headline rate

Previously, when clicking on ‘Reapply Headline Rate‘, the system would automatically commit the process and insert records into the Sales Price (Hour) Table. The confirmation message was displayed only after the process was completed, showing the number of records updated or created.

With this enhancement, users will now see the record count upfront before committing the process. This allows better visibility into how many records will be updated.
