empower finance – Refactor empower roles

A new set of security roles for empower finance has been introduced to replace the existing Illuminate roles. This update unifies naming conventions and improves consistency across the sa.global products.

Note: Illuminate roles will be deprecated in evergreen version 10.0.42. Administrators should begin replacing the existing Illuminate roles with the new empower finance roles to ensure a smooth transition.
