Office Requisition Invoice Description Length Increase

With this update, evergreen extends the Invoice Description field in Office Requisitions from its current limit of 50 characters to a more accommodating 255 characters. This improvement allows for more detailed and comprehensive descriptions, providing users with increased flexibility in documenting requisition information.
