Phase/Task visibility

Introduction

This enhancement improves the visibility of Phase and Task code fields. Currently, they are only visible on the WBS line Details page and so the user must open each WBS line individually to see them. This enhancement displays them on the main WBS screen instead, avoiding many additional clicks.

Phase/Task code

The WBS screen has been redesigned so that phase and task codes are displayed on the main WBS form, as follows:

Navigate to PMA >> Projects >> All Projects >> Select any Project >> Plan >> Activities >> work break down structure

In the WBS Phase and task list grid, phase and task code fields will have a lookup arrow which will allow the user to select a phase and task codes from the existing phase and task code list. (Navigate to PMA >> Set up >>Phase/task codes >> Phase/task details)
