Diversity declaration – Employee record

Overview

The Diversity Declaration released in 10.0.32 has now been added to the Personal Information section of the Employee record. This is in addition to the access via Employee Self-Service which was added in10.0.32.

Feature management

This feature is controlled by a feature “(evergreen) Diversity declaration form” which is enabled using the Feature management workspace:

_Workspace > Feature management > (evergreen) Diversity declaration _

Functionality

The diversity declaration form can be found in the Employee record:

Human resource > Employee > Person > Personal Information> Diversity declaration

The set-up remains the same, as was described in the diversity declaration section of the 10.0.32 release note
