Sales price update
As part of this performance enhancement, a new button “Sales price update” introduced at the Invoice proposal form which is parameter controlled and allows the users to apply the sales price on the time transactions based on the options available.
Parameters
Project Management and Accounting > Setup > Project Management and Accounting Parameters > Invoice > Activate update sales price

| Activate update sale price | This check box controls the visibility of “Sales price update” button at the invoice proposal. |
Invoice proposal
The following options will be available for the user to update the sales price upon clicking the sales price update button at invoice proposal.
- None
- Entered rate
- Default rate
- Headline rate
- Discounted rate
- Update current line sales value
| Fields | Description |
| None | No update on sales price for the invoice proposal time transactions |
| Entered rate | The rate which is used during the time transaction posted. |
| Default rate | Default rate option will be used to restore the price posted during invoicing when the original invoiced transacation is posted for credit note for further invoicing. |
| Headline rate | Headline rate will apply the price of headline rate from sales price grid. |
| Discounted rate | Client rate will apply the price of headline rate from sales price grid. |
| Update current line sales value | Updates only the selected time transaction sales price with the provided value. |
