Enable Participant ‘Project/Matter Provider’ for timesheet approval workflows

Overview:

The ‘Project Provider’ participant type was not routing the workflow to the ‘Project Manager’ or ‘Sales Manager’ as expected. Users encountered an error message, disrupting the approval process.

Front-End Configuration:

No changes in the configuration. The configuration for the workflow remains the same.

Functionality:

The logic for identifying the ‘Project/ Matter Provider’ has been updated. The system now correctly routes the workflow to the ‘Project/ Matter Manager’ or ‘Sales Manager’ associated with the project/ matter.
