Overview
This enhancement ensures that the Last increase amount and Last increase percentage values are always displayed in an employee’s Fixed compensation, regardless of changes to their position.
Background
Previously, standard functionality only retained the Last increase amount and Last increase percentage if the employee remained in the same position. If an employee was promoted or transferred to a new position, these values would reset to 0.00, making it difficult for HR, managers, and employees to track historical compensation changes.
Key Features
- The Last increase amount and Last increase percentage will persist even if an employee’s position changes.
- Ensures compensation history remains visible and accurate throughout an employee’s lifecycle.
- Improves transparency for HR, managers, and employees when reviewing salary adjustments.
How to Access
The Last increase amount and Last increase percentage will now remain visible across position changes in the following screens:
- Human Resources > Personnel Management > Employees > Employee Fixed Compensation
- Employee Self Service > Compensation Tile
- Employee Self Service > My Team > Compensation > Direct Report Tiles
This enhancement ensures greater clarity and continuity in fixed compensation tracking, allowing stakeholders to make informed salary decisions without data loss due to position changes.
