This feature provides billing/admin team a clear picture of the timesheet not submitted for the current period and as well as for the past periods. This will help them to track the unsubmitted timesheet proactively and inform the defaulted users to submit before the deadline hence the client billing could be processed on time.

The feature is controlled by feature management and is visible only when the feature is enabled from:
Navigation path: Go to workspace > Feature management > Filter with “(Evergreen) Missing timesheets

A new form for Missing timesheet has been added under:
Navigation path: Go to matter management and accounting > Timesheets > All missing timesheets

By default, it displays data for Current period and for All legal entities

User has the option filter based on their requirements:

  • Missing timesheet for current period- Whatever the current period setup depending on the date of viewing the missing timesheet form
  • Missing timesheet in previous period (For ex- a period before the current period)
  • Missing timesheet in set period – It activates two Adonal fields with Start date and End date (For ex- 9/5/2022-9/11/2022)

User has the option to filter for legal entities
Legal entity drop-down filter gives the users to filter the legal entity for which data is required. Billing/admin team can use this functionality to view timesheets for all the legal entities and is helpful to track when centralise billing is done from one legal entity.

All missing timesheet form displays data only when a timesheet for a specific period is not submitted for approval.
Below are the different stages:
