Project contract (invoice proposal)

Overview

When an invoice proposal is created for a contract with billing rules, the selection screen exhibits some odd behaviour which means that invoice totals and hour transactions relating to each project are not displayed correctly. This was because when changes to the invoice proposal creation screen were made, they did not take full account of contracts that had billing rules.

Description of change

Several changes have been made, as follows:

For a contract with a billing rule and an invoice proposal for that contract with multiple projects featured in the invoice proposal:

1. It will be possible to select a selection of the projects available (rather than having to select them all)
2. It will be possible to create an invoice proposal for the selection of the projects made in the previous step
3. The invoice total will be equal to the value of the selected matters
4. The hour transactions shown in the “Project transactions” tab will include only the transactions relating to the selected project(s)
