HR enhancements

A few minor changes have been made in the HR areas, as follows:

1. The label “Continuous length of service date” has been changed to “seniority date” and should be used to denote the date on which a person strted working at an organisation subsequently purchased by their current employer.
2. An additional field has been added in the Payroll section of the Position screen to record the number of hours that a person with that position (ie role) is contracted to work:
   
3. Job and Position enhancements
   • The FTE field has been removed from the Job screen
   • The Title functionality on the Worker screen has been removed as this is managed within the Position function (which is linked to the Worker Position Assignment).
   • It is now possible to specify the number sequence format for Job ID
