HCM – Parameterise the Diversity Monitoring fields per legal entity

Introduction

Because some countries prevent some diversity related questions from being asked of employees, a parameter to turn them on or off in a legal entity, controlled by the HR team in each legal entity.

Functionality

Human Resource Parameter (not HR shared parameters)

A new tab has been created for Diversity monitoring. All the fields on the ‘My Diversity declaration’ form need to have a Yes/No flag to control whether that question is required in a particular legal entity/country. It will be maintained by the Human Resource system admin.

If yes – display on the Employee self service
If No – do not display on the Employee Self Service

This will then display / hide the fields in the ESS and also in the employee form (when we develop this)

Human Resources -> Setup -> Human Resources Parameters -> Diversity

Employee Self Service -> Edit personal information -> Diversity

Ability for HR employees to add configuration to Diversity fields

Human Resources > Setup > Diversity declaration
