Overview:

With the release of evergreen 10.0.41, a new licensing enforcement feature is introduced as part of the ongoing implementation of the evergreen licensing system. This feature ensures that access to evergreen features will be disabled when the license expires, providing structured messaging and a grace period for renewal.

How it works:
  • Upcoming expiration notifications: Users will be notified 30 days before the expiration of their evergreen license, ensuring they have ample time to address renewal.
  • Grace period after expiration: Upon license expiration, sa.global offers a 30-day grace period during which users will continue to receive messages regarding the deadline to renew the license. During this time, users can still access evergreen features.
  • License renewal enforcement: After the grace period, access to evergreen features will be disabled until the license is renewed.
  • Automatic reactivation: When sa.global extends the license expiry date, evergreen will automatically re-enable all features without any user intervention.

This system ensures that users are always informed about their license status and provides a structured process to avoid service disruption.
