Colour

Brightness

Affect all RGB channels to adjust the percieved brightness of an image where max is full white and min is black.

Contrast

Using a contrast factor of X, where X is the pin value, alter RGB channel value relative to their intial value. Results either increase the difference in colour luminance or reduce the difference until each pixel is the same grey hue.

Shift

Hue shift affects the RGB channels by rotating through the colour wheel. Use this parameter to change the overall colours of pixels within a clip.

Saturation

Affects the visual intensity of RGB colour as saturation increases the richness of colour is intensified. At 0 saturation the image will appear greyscale.

Red

Increase of decrease the Red channel of each pixel of a layer by a factor of X, where X is the value of the channel parameter.

Green

Increase of decrease the Green channel of each pixel of a layer by a factor of X, where X is the value of the channel parameter.

Blue

Increase of decrease the Blue channel of each pixel of a layer by a factor of X, where X is the value of the channel parameter.

Colour Picker

The picker can evaluate the colour of a clip and alter the RGB channels for the layer to match the selected colour.

Advanced Colour

Affect the individual colour channels based upon the luminance of the pixels. High, mid and low are the three luminance bands and the values entered into each of these fields only affects the colour channels of pixels within the luminance band.
