SourceType

Beat

A complete waveform cycle is completed every beat.

Slow

A complete waveform cycle is completed in 10 seconds.

Medium

A complete wavform cycle is completed in 2.5 seconds.

Fast

A complete wavform cycle is completed in 0.5 seconds.

Static

A fixed value.

Bass

Value has a positive correlation with incoming Bass frequency level. (Does not work with generator)

Mid

Value has a positive correlation with incoming Mid frequency level. (Does not work with generator)

High

Value has a positive correlation with incoming High frequency level. (Does not work with generator)

Averagevolume

Value has a positive correlation with the average level of incoming audio. (Does not work with generator)

Instantvolume

Value has a positive correlation with the level of incoming audio. (Does not work with generator)

Eigthbeat

A complete waveform cycle over 8 beats.

Quarterbeat

A complete waveform cycle over 4 beats.

Halfbeat

A complete waveform cycle over 2 beats.

Doublebeat

A complete waveform cycle over a half beat.

Quadbeat

A complete waveform cycle over a quarter beat.

Random

This wave pattern functions differently from the rest of the wave forms and that differs between SourceType:

• Beat
  • Minimum value on the beat and a random value on the half beat.
• Slow
  • Starts at minimum value, after 5 seconds selects a random value and then at 10 seconds returns to minimum value. The process cycles.
• Medium
  • Starts at minimum value, after 1.25 seconds selects a random value and then at 2.5 seconds returns to minimum value. The process cycles.
• Fast
  • Starts at minimum value, after 0.25 seconds selects a random value and then at 0.5 seconds returns to minimum value. The process cycles.

!Random wave pattern does not work with any of the other SourceTypes

Invert

This toggle inverts the waveforms. Regarding the Random Wave Pattern it changes its function to a random value first, then value 0.

Value Range

These two rotary controls allow control of the minimum and maximum range of values accesible by BeatBridge on a pin.
