10.7. Supporter Clubs Suppliers and Contractors

When selecting suppliers and contractors, it is important to follow good practices to ensure the best outcomes for the supporter clubs. Further information on supplier assessment and selection can be found under choosing suppliers/ contractors.

Payment of Utilities

Some Surf Clubs and Supporters Clubs have agreements in place where certain supplier contracts can be invoiced to the Club and internally charged to the Supporters Club.

This is an agreement completed through the Management Committee of the Supporters Club and the Surf Life Saving Club Board of Directors and must in a agreement such as a surplus fund agreement.
