Here you will find resources regarding Ambassador videos, email banners, Pathways Booklet and Come and try Days for Nippers.

The Pathways project aims to serve two purposes:

  • Internal recruitment and engagement – with the aim of more members doing less and member development.
  • External recruitment – new members joining the organisation with a better understanding of where surf lifesaving can take them.

The following resources have been made available on the SLSQ Club Management App for use by clubs and branches at potential recruitment or engagement opportunities:

  • DL Flyers (with club contacts)
  • Pathways Booklet
  • Ambassador videos
  • Share Your Story (online form to hear about the great work people are doing in SLS).

Membership Engagement / Experience

The Membership department recently delivered a Membership Satisfaction Survey sent to all active members within SLSQ.

Once results are analysed the Membership Department will investigate ideas of what is working in each of the Surf Clubs presenting a positive experience. These ideas will complement the addition to the 2023 Recruitment and Retention
Guide and a new fleet of resources for clubs to utilise.
