The Fair Work Ombudsman is a federal agency in Australia responsible for enforcing workplace relations laws, including those in Queensland and provides information, resources, and support to address within the workplace.
They also have a online learning centre, for employers and employees, that can teach you skills and strategies to help you at work. The courses are free and interactive.
