This information is submitted online and It is important for not-for-profits to submit their annual return on time and ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete, in order to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • The Office of Fair Trading will send you the applicable forms or you can complete these online.
    • The form is to be completed and submitted with the fee payable
  • Copy of the lodgement must be submitted to your relevant Branch

OFT reporting typically includes details such as:

  • The Club/ Branches’ legal name, registered address, and contact details.
  • Names and contact details of the club/branches office bearers and committee members.
  • Financial statements, including income and expenses, assets and liabilities, and details of any significant financial transactions.
  • Details of any changes to the club/branches constitution, regulations, or governance structure.
  • A declaration that the club/branch has complied with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to fundraising and charity activities.

An Annual Return to Office of Fair Trading must be completed if there is a:
  • Change in office bearers’ names.
  • Change in office bearer’s address.
  • Change in club address (including mailing)
  • Amendment to your constitution
