6.6. Non-Consent Forms

There are a range of NON-Consent Forms clubs must follow when dealing with minors within Surf Life Saving Activities. The forms can all be located on the SLSQ App and are:

• SLSQ – Photography NON-Consent Form
• SLSQ – U18 Communication NON-Consent Form
• SLSQ – U18 Travel NON-Consent Form
  

MS02 – Chaperoning & Supervision of Minors Policy

This policy aims to:

• Assist Clubs and Branches to provide a safe and enjoyable Surf Life Saving activities and programs for members particularly children and young people under the age of 18 years, when travelling away with teams or involved in SLS programs or activities;
• Increase the participation rate of children and young people in a wide range of activities in safe environments.
