4.5.1. Change of details relating to an incorporated association (Form 10a)

Registered charities that are authorised to fundraise in Queensland can report directly via the ACNC’s Annual Information Statement. They will not be required to submit a separate annual return to the Office of Fair Trading unless there is

• Change in office bearers’ names.
• Change in office bearer’s address.
• Change in club address (including mailing)
• Amendment to your constitution
