7.4.1. Incident Reports

Members who complete member injuries or minor first aid logs must have either witnessed the incident or have rendered first aid.

Members (excluding members on Jet Ski patrols) are not permitted to complete their own incident report. This must be completed by either the person who rendered first aid at the time of the incident or an independent witness (cannot be a family member).
