Annual Reports
The club annual report provides an overview of a club’s activities and financial performance over the course of a year. It typically includes information such as the club’s mission statement, goals, membership statistics, achievements, events and activities held throughout the year, as well as financial statements and budget details.
Annual reports are collated by the club administrator or secretary and once finalised, Annual reports need to be table at the Club or Branch AGM for endorsement.
Once these have been accepted at the meeting, copies must be sent (in electronic format) to the following entities:
- Your Branch Office
- Surf Life Saving Queensland
- Surf Life Saving Australia
- QLD State Library – Acquisitions Branch
