Clubs have a responsibility to ensure their members are provided with open, accessible, and fair opportunities to raise complaints or concerns. This includes fostering an environment where members feel safe to speak up, with confidence their complaint will be treated respectfully and managed in line with policy.

To support this, SLSQ has developed signage that Clubs are encouraged to display. This signage is designed to remind members of their right to raise concerns and outline the process for doing so in a clear and visible way.
