Submission of a sick leave request involves two steps:
- Search and select the staff member for whom you will be submitting the Sick leave request;
- Enter the request in ESS as the staff member and submit the transaction on their behalf.
The request types include:
Only sick leave on full pay should be entered in ESS. Cases of sick leave on half pay must be created or modified by the HR Partner directly in ECC.
