1. Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.
  2. Click after typing PT_QTA10 in the Command text box.


  3. Organizational unit is not part of the default Selection pane. You can either add Organizational unit to Selection or use a report variant which has been already added to it. Click Further Selections to add Organizational unit to Selections.


  4. Select Organizational unit then click to add Organizational unit to the Selection pane.


  5. Click to confirm selection.


  6. The Period defaults to Other period. Type 01.04.2021 in the Period from field and 31.03.2022 in the To field to generate the report for the 2021-2022 cycle. Select values for the following fields:
    - Employment status: set to 3 – Active
    - Enter the relevant Organizational unit number in the Organizational unit field
    - Quota type – set to 01 – Annual Leave
  7. Click or press F8 to execute the report.





    Staff members who were active in the period will appear in the report, even if they have since separated from the organization.


  8. The Quota type is prefilled in this variant for Annual Leave. The full list of leave types includes:
    - 01 – Annual Leave
    - 02 – Sick leave with Full Pay
    - 03 – Uncertified Sick Leave
    - 04 – Sick Leave with Half Pay
    - 05 – Compensatory Time Off
    - 06 – Paternity Leave
    - 07 – Compressed Reg Day off
    - 08 – Floating Holiday
    - 09 – Home Leave Points
  1. The report lists staff members and the:
    - selected entitlement quotas/accrual as of the selected dates,
    - leave usage during the selected dates and
    - quota balance as of the selected dates.



    Depending on the size of the organization, you may be able to conduct your analysis online, or you may need to export the report results. To export to Excel for further analysis, click on the Local File icon or press CTRL+SHIFT+F9. Follow the instructions to save the exported results as an Excel file on your computer.
