To open an existing client file, click
from the RazorPlan Home Page.
From here you can Open, view Details or Delete a client file.
*Depending on the settings of your account, some columns may not be visible.
Open
Select an available client file from the client file listed in the Search Client window. Once selected, click the
button in the bottom right corner. The client file will open and you will be taken to the Personal Information step of Data Entry. From here you can review client data and calculate the results.
*A filter function has been included to assist in locating a specific client file. Click the
button at the top of an available column. Here you can specify your search criteria and filter the displayed results. If the search client window is blank then RazorPlan has been set to hide recent activity in the Personal area of Your Account, to open a file use the filter function.
Locked Files
If a file has been shared and another user is currently in the file, the file will be marked
and cannot be opened.
Details
The Details function will display information related to client files. Select a file to view and click
.
Delete
To delete a client file, select the client file and click the
button. Deleting a client file is final and cannot be undone.
