To add a recommendation, first select the appropriate category tab then select a recommendation from the ‘Select Recommendation’ drop-down and click . The recommendation will be added to the client file with a Time Period and Responsibility assigned by default. Once added, the recommendation can be modified as needed by clicking on the
button on the same line as the recommendation you want to modify.
Once the recommendation has been added, click to save the recommendation and add it to the client file.
