Planning Notes can be entered in each area of the Data Entry screen. To enter planning notes, click 
to extend the notes field and enter your notes.
Once entered, each note will automatically be transferred to the Notes screen available from the RazorPlan Toolbar.
Each note will include a heading that indicates the location the note was entered. These notes can be printed by clicking the 
button in the top right corner. Once printed, all client data and planning notes will be produced as a PDF document. Planning notes can also be printed as part of a client report. Under the Full Report option select the Planning Notes checkbox to include all of the notes entered.
