Name/Situs

The Name/Situs Tab gives an overview of the parcel’s ownership, other mailing addresses, other listed situs’, mortgage and geo location.

Ownership Table
The ownership table will list parties with fractional interest.
Interest-Types are accessed in edit mode

If an account has multiple owners a red Multiple label can be seen on the Assessment Data Tab by the account number.

Multiple Situs Table Data is displayed for multiple situs information for parcels with more than one structure.

Alternate Mailing Information
If parcel has alternate mailing information, it can be added here. A red A will appear near the account number on the Assessment Data tab.

Mortgage/Contract Information
If the parcel has mortgage, it may be added here. Mortgage companies may be set up or edited in the Mortgage Company table.
If the parcel has a mortage recorded here, a red M will appear on the Assessment Data tab in the parcel file.
If mortage ID and loan amount were entered in the sales file, but not in the assessment file, the red M will NOT appear.

Geo Location
The property’s latitude and longitude will show here. See Update Lat/Long for more guidance.
